Preethy Padmanabhan is a seasoned technology executive with 20+ years experience in marketing, product and engineering. Her past roles include VP/Director of Marketing roles at Bidgely, Freshworks, Panzura and Nutanix. Earlier in her career she was at Dell, Cisco and Hughes.

Preethy is a strategic problem solver and connector who creates exponential value for startups, investors, customers and communities. She won the 2023 Marketing 2.0 Leadership  award, the 2021 Silicon Valley Business Journal Women of Influence award and the 2019  Innovative Leader award at the Women Empowerment summit.  

Preethy has been an angel investor for several companies including SpaceX, Anthropic, and Atomic work. She is an LP with Portfolia, How Women Invest and Arka Ventures. She has been the Board Director for Nextstem.ai and Board advisor for Sendoso and ChargeLink. She has served in leadership and board director roles for several non-profits including TiE Silicon Valley, How Women Lead, BITSAA SVC and My Helping Hands focused on economic  empowerment, women, children and education.  

Preethy hosts the popular podcast 10X Growth Strategies featuring CXO, investors and  global executives. She loves to sing, meditate and travel. Preethy has an MBA in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from UCLA Anderson School of  Management and an MS Information Systems from BITS Pilani, India.
